Welcome to Medha’s Kitchen. By using www.medhaskitchen.in or placing an enquiry/order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

• Services Medha’s Kitchen offers homemade food, customized food parcels, tiffins and thalis, indoor and outdoor catering, event catering, corporate meals, private parties, ceremonies and other food services.
• Orders & Bookings Submitting an enquiry does not automatically confirm an order or booking. An order is confirmed only after the menu, quantity, pricing, date, delivery/event requirements and applicable advance payment have been mutually agreed upon.
• Pricing & Availability Prices depend on the menu, quantity, customization, event requirements and delivery location. All orders and services are subject to availability.
• Customized Orders Customized orders may have different pricing and requirements. Any changes requested after confirmation may result in additional charges.
• Allergies & Dietary Requirements Customers must inform us of any allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements before confirming an order. While reasonable care is taken, an allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.
• Cancellation & Changes Cancellation or modification terms may vary depending on the type, size and preparation stage of the order. For large catering or customized orders, specific terms may be agreed upon at the time of booking.
• Delivery Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and being available to receive orders. Delivery times may be affected by traffic, weather or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Website Content Food photographs, menus, descriptions and other website content are for general information. Actual food presentation and availability may vary. All website content, including text, photographs, graphics and logos, belongs to Medha’s Kitchen or is used with permission and may not be reproduced without prior approval.
• Third-Party Links Our website may contain links or integrations to third-party platforms. Medha’s Kitchen is not responsible for their content, services or privacy practices.
• Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
• Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Thane, Maharashtra.
